Hayley Watling

Born and raised in Victoria, Hayley shares her passion for family and knowledge of the city and surrounding areas to help her clients find the right location to search for their dream home. Hayley specializes in residential real estate and helping first time buyers navigate the unique challenges of entering the world of home ownership.
In her previous experience of working as an Educational Assistant and pre-school teacher in the Victoria school district, Hayley honed her skills of patience and attentiveness to the needs of others. She also has a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those around her including clients, coworkers, friends and family.
Hayley’s journey in real estate began in 2018 while on a maternity leave with her daughter. It all started with a casual conversation during a family dinner with her husband and in-laws.
Blair Watling, a highly sought after and respected REALTOR® with over 30 years of real estate experience in Victoria is Hayley’s father in-law and during this conversation shared his passion for his work. Hayley made the decision to enroll in the Real Estate Division at the UBC Sauder School of Business.
Since becoming licensed, Hayley has been working with Blair in expanding her knowledge of local real estate. In applying this knowledge, Hayley also brings her dedication, professionalism, strong work ethic and sincere desire to make every encounter with her clients as exceptional experience.
